Settlement vs. Litigation

David K. Kremin & Associates consists of one lawyer, David K. Kremin. My philosophy is to attempt to settle your claim instead of going through expensive litigation that can take over three years to obtain compensation. Normally, if possible, I will settle your claim so that you will receive money sooner. However, it is my belief that if litigation is in your best interest, I will bring in a trial lawyer normally from a top firm. The trial lawyers are normally leading lawyers in the community and have knowledge and experience relating to your case. There is never an additional charge to you, and if fact, both I and the affiliated law firm will be professionally responsible for your case. I do not litigate cases due to my own injuries, however, I spend my time attempting to settle your case.
